Mailchimp
— SERVICE DESIGN INTERN
JUNE 2021 - DECEMBER 2021
I worked as a member of the Mailchimp Service Design Team during both the Summer and Fall semesters. I got to work on multiple, cross-functional projects across the organization, including conducting dozens of stakeholder interviews, completing and presenting in-depth customer analysis, rebranding and refreshing internal artifacts, and assisting in the persona rebranding.
NCR
— LEAD UX INNOVATION INTERN
JUNE 2020 - AUGUST 2020
I was chosen as part of a hand-selected intern team for the Innovation Design team at NCR. Nine students were chosen from Georgia Tech and SCAD to create three distinct designs for the future of the grocery store experience. I led one of the teams with two other incredible industrial designers, even earning "Best intern Project" out of 176 intern projects at the end of the summer.
Dimensional Design
— Copywriting & UX Intern
JUNE 2019 - AUGUST 2019
I worked as a copywriting and user experience design intern at Dimensional Design, LLC in Duluth Georgia. Dimensional Design is a branding, design, and production company all in one. I assisted in rewriting case studies and putting together branding brochures, videos, and more. Additionally, I was able to help in the shop with a few hands-on projects, including sign detailing, painting, and installation work.
